Special Event Procedures

BUILDING ACCESS
Please be reminded that the building's main entrance is unsecured between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. If you wish to allow visitors access at any other time, authorized personnel from your office you must be available to provide access and escort.

All offices with independent security systems must contact their security service provider directly for any schedule changes.

CATERERS
If caterers are expected to arrive or depart after 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, or anytime on the weekend, you must submit a written request to the Management Office for access.

Due to the building's limited trash removal area, we suggest you request your caterer remove the trash at the end of the function. However, arrangements can be made for a special trash pick-up from our waste removal company at an extra charge to the tenant.

RESTRICTIONS
As a reminder, the building rules and regulations do not permit burning candles or signs in any common areas of the building. Coat checks, tables, chairs or any types of decorations are not permitted in any common areas of the building.

CONSIDERATIONS
Due to the design of building's HVAC system, the air circulates on an entire floor; therefore, if your offices share a floor with another tenant, it is probable that any food service odors will migrate into their office. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you provide advance notice of your event to the Management Office, so that your neighbor tenant can be informed, in case of any meetings of other important business that may be scheduled for that day.

When planning your event, please remain aware of the Arlington County fire codes with respect to the number of guests, keeping all fire exits clear, at all times, and not permitting any activity that could falsely activate the smoke detectors.
